Houston Gets $65 Million to Replace Collection System Pipelines

The Texas Water Development Board today approved awarding $64,680,000 in financial assistance to the City of Houston to finance wastewater system improvements.

The funding, which is courtesy of the state’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund, will enable the city to replace collection system pipelines while saving approximately $16.5 million over the life of the loan.
