PPI Seeks Engineer For New Position

The Plastics Pipe Institute, Inc., (PPI) announced Dec. 7 that it has an open position and is seeking a qualified professional engineer for its Fuel Gas (FGD) and Building and Construction (BCD) divisions.

Executive Director Tony Radoszewski said the addition is a direct response to trade association members’ commitment in market segments in which growth is clearly envisioned. “Our member companies are feeling positive about the future and we are seeing an improving economic environment. While clearly there’s a lot more work to do, adding this new, key team player helps us better align for current and future marketplace demands.”

Radoszewski continued, “As PPI’s spokesperson in these dedicated industry sectors, this individual will be visible, active and collaborative within other industry organizations, standards and code bodies, and in forums where forward-thinking leadership is vital.”

Reporting to the PPI Executive Director, the Engineering Director, FGD and BCD will be responsible for working with the membership on key technical and marketing projects as well as education and industry outreach programs. A ten-year level of related engineering experience is required. Full position summary requirements, along with the details for applying can be found at www.plasticpipe.org.
