Godwin Pumps Adds Experienced Safety Specialist
John Hughes has joined Godwin Pumps’ Environmental Safety & Health (ESH) team as a safety specialist at the company’s Bridgeport, NJ, world headquarters.
Hughes will be visiting each of Godwin’s 26 company-owned branch locations on a regular basis to help managers and employees observe and address known and potential hazards in the workplace. He will also assist in the development of safer work habits to promote company-wide improvements in overall safety.
From his roots in facility maintenance and as a process technician and manager, to his progression to technical training and development coordinator, Hughes brings to Godwin Pumps over three decades of experience in manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, reporting, behavioral safety and best management practices.
