The new C165 Squeeze Off tool is designed to control steel anodeless riser breaks remotely, keeping the operator a safe distance from the damage point. Features include a three-position head that will pivot to 45 degrees and 90 degrees, telescopic handle that can extend from 7 feet to 14feet keeping the operator a safe distance from the gas line break. The Power Team single-stage hydraulic hand pump provides 10,000-PSI pressure in a lightweight and compact design. Hydraulic hose supplied is 2-ply, ¼-inch ID, reinforced with two braids of high tensile steel wire and have a 20,000 PSI burst rating with an oil and weather resistant rubber coating. This tool can be an ideal solution for emergency and keyhole applications with the optional guide brackets. 888.737.3668, www.footagetools.com

Utilicor Technologies

Utilicor Technologies’ new MD-200 with patented core-zone extension system allows the core drill to extend up to 65 inches from the back of the truck and travel the full width of the truck. This allows the crew to cut up to a 24-inch diameter core, with center pilot hole, anywhere within a 25 square foot area, without repositioning the vehicle. Two hydraulic stabilizers ensure accurate coring operations on angled surfaces and accurate coring results perpendicular to the horizon for every keyhole core. Utilicor, in addition to truck-mounted units, also manufactures skid-steer and trailer-mounted versions of its state-of-the-art coring technology, as well as Utilibond, the industry standard for permanent keyhole core reinstatements. 888.572.6666, www.utilicor.ca

SIMCO Drilling Equipment
The SIMCO 255 PTC pavement coring drill rig is a compact, hydraulic unit designed for drilling key holes up to 18-inches in diameter. This easy to operate, self-contained rig can be mounted in most ¾- to 1-ton pick-up trucks. It can also be trailer-mounted on a tandem axle trailer with a built-in 200-gallon water tank. The fingertip controls allow the operator to quickly adjust the feed pressure, drilling speed and water flow to match the pavement conditions. 800.338.9925, www.simcodrill.com

Ulti-Grout is a rapid hardening, sulfate resistant, general purpose grout that is easily mixed for grouting at various consistencies, allowing flexibility in the methodology of reinserting cores. This rapid hardening material utilizes Qwix, a hydraulic, cementitious mineral blend (ASTM C219), high in calcium sulfate aluminum crystals. Qwix blended with portland cement produces a modified type of Portland cement called Ultimax Cement. Ultimax Cement is a patented formula for a blended, hydraulic, non-shrink, high performance cement that exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-1157. Ulti-Grout develops strength faster than Portland-based grouts by a factor of 50 to 1. Flowability and self-leveling consistency of Ulti-Grout requires no placing in lifts or consolidating by mechanical means. The rapid hardening properties of Ulti-Grout allows for earlier, higher load carrying capability so roadways can be opened to traffic within one hour of placement. Ulti-Grout can be formulated to meet a wide variety of project specific performance requirements including strength, set time, flow and thermal properties. 610.882.5000, www.buzziunicemusa.com
