Sunbelt Rentals full-year revenue up
Ashtead Group Plc, the parent of A-Plant in the U.K. and Sunbelt Rentals in the U.S., reported a company recorded fiscal year-end, pre-tax profit of £130.6 million (US$203.5 million), up from £31.0 million (US$48.3 million) the year before.
Revenue for the fiscal year of £1.13 billion (US$1.76 billion) was up 21 percent from the previous year.
Full-year revenue at Sunbelt, the much larger of Ashtead’s businesses, grew 23 percent to $1.507 billion and operating profits grew 79 percent to $289.9 million.
