Compact Track Loaders: Equipment Spotlight

Compact track loaders from New Holland, Bobcat, John Deere, Case, Caterpillar and Kubota Tractor Corp.

New Holland
New Holland’s dozer-style undercarriage is engineered to hold fast on steep slopes and take command of muddy or sandy terrain. The undercarriage has a rigid track frame with fewer moving parts, so it is more durable and easier to maintain than suspension track systems. Avoid de-tracking on inclines with the crawler-style rollers that have a larger inner diameter flange positioned between the track tabs. The elevated drive sprocket increases component life by keeping the motor assembly out of material and moisture. northamerica.construction.newholland.com

The 329E and 333E make up John Deere’s E-Series line of compact track loaders (CTLs). The large-frame CTLs feature a flat floor design with 25 percent more foot room than previous models, giving operators more comfort in the cab. Lower noise levels also contribute to reduced operator fatigue and increased productivity. All models include low-effort electro-hydraulic (EH) controls for additional comfort and ease of operation. The EH controls are available for ISO, H, and foot control patterns. In addition, the E-Series features an option to allow the operator to switch between all three previously mentioned industry control patterns. 800.503.3373, deere.com

Case
The Case TR320 compact track loader combines industry leading breakout and horsepower (90 hp) with excellent tractive effort, providing maximum stability and power transfer to the ground. This CTL features a dozer-style undercarriage designed to hold fast on steep slopes and improve operation, including a best-in-class departure angle. The TR320 features improved visibility, operator comfort, climate management and operator controls. CEGR technology helps to meet new Tier 4 Interim emissions regulations while also increasing productivity, improving fuel efficiency, and increasing uptime. 262.636.6011, casece.com
