HammerHead President Resigns To Pursue New Opportunity
HammerHead, a Charles Machine Works Company, announced that Brian Metcalf will be departing to assume the role of chief executive officer at the Ring-O-Matic organization based in Pella, IA.
Metcalf joined HammerHead in April 2007 as director of International Sales and was appointed president and chief executive officer in December of 2007. During his tenure, he oversaw the transition from Champlain Capital Partners private equity group to Charles Machine Works.
“I want to thank the HammerHead employees and customers for their support and encouragement over the last eight years as we together changed the way people think about trenchless technology,” said Metcalf. “It’s been a fulfilling experience, and I am excited for the future opportunities that lie ahead both for me and HammerHead.”
Rick Johnson, CEO of Charles Machine Works, will also serve as interim president of HammerHead until a new president can be appointed.
