Polyflow Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

Polyflow LLC announced that its board of directors has selected Jim Moore as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Moore previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Polyflow.

In his new role, Mr. Moore’s primary focus will be creating a culture of superior service quality and operational execution to bring clients the best overall value possible. In addition, Mr. Moore will continue to work closely with the engineering, operations and sales teams to continue Polyflow’s expansion into new regions and product lines.

“After a period of focusing on improvements to Polyflow’s Thermoflex pipe systems and the expansion of our manufacturing capacity, we’re excited to have Jim Moore lead Polyflow into its next chapter,” said Paul McDermott, a member of Polyflow’s board of directors. “With oil and gas prices stabilizing, operators are looking for partners that can bring efficiency and reliability to their operations and we think Jim’s background makes him an excellent fit for these times.”

Prior to joining Polyflow, Mr. Moore leveraged his expertise in operations, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma as a consultant to improve profits of manufacturing companies. Preceding this position, Mr. Moore served as the CEO of PolyPipe, Inc., a plastic pipe manufacturing company, for six years until the company was purchased by Dura-Line Holdings. Working out of their Gainesville, Texas headquarters, he directed all operations, including six manufacturing facilities, and oversaw all marketing, finance, and HR departments, and had full P&L responsibilities.

During this time, he was also a member of the PolyPipe Board of Directors and reported directly to the Chairman, all while increasing profits 100 percent in the first year and exceeding sales projections by two times. During his time as CEO, PolyPipe was nominated in the Top 3 Processors of the Year by Plastics News and was finalist in 2009 and 2010.

“I am honored to be granted the opportunity to lead Polyflow at this vital time. Our premium pipe technology provides us with a unique opportunity to shape the future of upstream and midstream operations,” said Moore. “I look forward to maintaining the strong foundation we have already built at Polyflow, and expanding that to drive sustainable and profitable growth in the years ahead.”
